How we measure success

At Final Inches, we don’t measure in pounds lost. Our typical laser liposculpture patient is not obese, but rather already living a healthy lifestyle with a BMI of 29 or under. These patients are simply unable to eliminate pockets of frustrating fat, such as belly fat, love handles or muffin tops.

During the procedure, the medical staff at Final Inches permanently removes fat from these pockets, and sculpts the areas into a more desirable shape. When our patients procedures and recovery are complete, we measure success based on clothes fitting better and inches lost. Because our typical patients have nearly achieved their goal weight, they don’t usually see the numbers on the scale change much – that’s not what they’re after.

Our mission is to take our patients through the last steps of their body transformations, helping them to see the results they can’t get through diet and exercise. They’ve already lost the weight, but there are areas that need our help because of simple genetics that determine where fat is stored. What we do for our patients using laser liposculpture is reshape those stubborn areas so that our patients can have the body they’ve worked so hard to achieve.

If you’re not sure what your BMI (Body Mass Index) is, you can measure it with this BMI calculator from the Center for Disease Control. The results and ranges are classified from underweight to obese.
