Is Laser Liposculpture Worth the Price You Pay?

What price would you pay to feel good about yourself and how you look? How much is it worth to you to be able to walk around with full self-confidence?

We tend to think that it’s priceless, but we want you to understand what laser liposculpture (a.k.a. laser liposuction) entails so that you can make an educated decision for yourself. This post will help to explain the overall price, as opposed to simply telling you the monetary cost of the procedure.

When you make a decision to get laser liposculpture, you commit to a minimal amount of time away from your busy schedule. As we state in our laser lipo FAQ factsheet, “Most patients are back to work the very next day. For active patients, we may recommend you refrain from vigorous activity for a few days.” The total time needed out of your schedule is four hours:

  • 30 min consult
  • 1 hr preop
  • 1.5 hr procedure (45 minutes per body area, average 2 body areas)
  • 1 hr post op (2 visits of 30 min each)

On average, the recovery time is two days, but it’s not a very limiting recovery time. “Recovery time” in our terms doesn’t mean you can’t do anything during that time. Additionally, patients should be aware that there is a compression garment that’s recommended for a period of time after the procedure:

“The compression garment plays an important role in your recovery period. This is one key factor where you as a patient can contribute to the results. The time period for garment use is based on physician recommendations but usually averages four weeks post procedure.” — Thuy Tran R.N., B.S.N., Clinical Manager, Final Inches

Since your time IS important to you, let’s discuss one way we know of to efficiently use your time toward becoming 100% happy with your overall appearance.

Did you know?

  • According to a study reported by the UK Telegraph in 2009, women spend on average nearly one year of their lifetime deciding what to wear.  On weekday mornings, according to this study, women spend on average 16 minutes picking out their outfits.  A woman who does not feel 100% confident with her appearance may take longer.  That’s time wasted.

One of our former patients now says she takes approximately 5-10 minutes each morning, as opposed to the nearly twenty minutes she used to spend.  She attributes the time saved each day to her laser liposculpture procedure which permanently removed the stubborn fat from her lower abdomen. That, in addition to the great job she does eating healthy and exercising daily.

Many people also spend a lot of time and money attending weight-loss clinics and hiring personal trainers only to discover that the areas they want to target are areas that will need to be removed by a doctor. It can be disheartening to spend the big bucks and devote a ton of effort to personal training only to be informed that you can’t “spot reduce” the areas you most want to trim down. What it comes down to is more monetary cost and more time spend without the desired results.

As one of our patients, Janet, says, it’s well worth it to spend your week vacation getting this procedure because it will make you happy for years to come. Watch her testimonial video on our YouTube page.

So, let’s talk about the cost of laser lipo.  Depending on how many areas you wish to have sculpted, generally you can expect to pay no more than $2,000- $5,000 total. That’s less than the cost of a week’s vacation! We also have special deals that we can offer you in a free consultation. It’s also important to know that laser liposculpture typically costs 25-50% less than traditional liposuction.

It’s really all about feeling great about yourself. The reality is that you can save a lot in the long run by making a decision that’s permanent and will last you for a lifetime. That’s not to mention what you gain back in self confidence and time spent sifting through clothing options in the morning.

Think about the BIG decisions you’ve made in your life – getting married, having a baby, etc…  Laser Liposculpture is also a huge decision with the same potential for huge rewards over the course of many years.

Why not get back the time that you’ve spent stressing about your weight and get back to enjoying each day?
